    • 1 cup milk<\/li>\n
    • 1 1\/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese<\/li>\n
    • 1\/2 tsp garlic powder<\/li>\n
    • 1\/2 tsp onion powder<\/li>\n
    • Salt and pepper, to taste<\/li>\n
    • 1\/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      In a large skillet or pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.<\/p>\n

      Stir in taco seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.<\/p>\n
