  • 500 g ground beef<\/li>\n
  • 2 medium zucchinis, cut into chunks<\/li>\n
  • 1 small onion, chopped<\/li>\n
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese<\/li>\n
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd cup cream (cooking cream)<\/li>\n
  • 2 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n
  • 1 tsp salt<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd tsp black pepper<\/li>\n
  • 1 tsp paprika<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd tsp dried oregano<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    1. Preheat oven<\/strong> to 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F).<\/li>\n
    2. Cook the zucchini<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan.<\/li>\n
      • Add zucchini pieces and saut\u00e9 4\u20135 minutes until lightly golden.<\/li>\n
      • Remove and set aside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Cook the beef mixture<\/strong>\n

        • In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil.<\/li>\n
        • Saut\u00e9 onion and garlic for 1\u20132 minutes.<\/li>\n
        • Add ground beef, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.<\/li>\n
        • Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Prepare the base<\/strong>\n

          • In a baking dish, pour the cream.<\/li>\n
          • Add half of the mozzarella and cheddar as a bottom layer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Assemble<\/strong>\n

            • Add the saut\u00e9ed zucchini.<\/li>\n
            • Spread the cooked beef evenly on top.<\/li>\n
            • Sprinkle the remaining cheese over everything.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Bake<\/strong>\n

              • Bake for 15\u201320 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
