Cook for 2\u20133 minutes until soft and fragrant.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Add potatoes &amp; liquids<\/strong><br \/>\nStir in diced potatoes, condensed tomato soup, and 4 cups of water or broth.<br \/>\nMix well until the soup base is smooth.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Add vegetables<\/strong><br \/>\nPour in the mixed vegetables and corn (with their liquid).
