In a large pot, cook the cabbage in boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside.<br \/>\n2. In a large skillet, cook the onion and garlic in butter until the onion is translucent.<br \/>\n3. Add the cooked cabbage to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.<br \/>\n4. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Cook for 10 minutes.<br \/>\n5. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, eggs, milk, and melted butter.<br \/>\n6. Shape the dough into small balls (dumplings).<br \/>\n7. Add the dumplings to the sauce and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender.<br \/>\n8.
