Drain.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepare coating<\/strong><br \/>\nMix flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coat the gizzards<\/strong><br \/>\nDip each piece in buttermilk, then coat well in the flour mixture.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fry<\/strong><br \/>\nHeat oil to 175\u00b0C and fry for 4\u20136 minutes until golden and crispy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Serve<\/strong><br \/>\nRemove and place on paper towels.
