Reserve \u00bd cup pasta water, then drain.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0Season &amp; Cook Chicken<\/h3>\n<p>Pat chicken dry and coat with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.<br \/>\nHeat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.<br \/>\nSear chicken 4\u20135 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.<br \/>\nRemove, rest, then slice into strips.<\/p>\n<h3>3\ufe0f\u20e3 Make the Cajun Alfredo Sauce<\/h3>\n<p>In the same pan, melt butter.
