{"id":1360,"date":"2026-01-28T21:14:19","date_gmt":"2026-01-28T21:14:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipes.ukbiddingdirectory.com\/?p=1360"},"modified":"2026-01-28T21:14:19","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T21:14:19","slug":"creamy-garlic-parmesan-chicken-rigatoni","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes.ukbiddingdirectory.com\/index.php\/2026\/01\/28\/creamy-garlic-parmesan-chicken-rigatoni\/","title":{"rendered":"Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Rigatoni"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>\u00a0Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Rigatoni<\/h2>\n<p>Tender chicken and rigatoni tossed in a rich, creamy garlic Parmesan sauce \u2014 pure comfort food!<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb (450 g) boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp butter, divided<\/li>\n<li>3\u20134 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp Italian seasoning<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp paprika<\/li>\n<li>Salt and black pepper, to taste<\/li>\n<li>2 cups heavy cream<\/li>\n<li>1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>12 oz (340 g) rigatoni pasta<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup chicken broth (optional, for thinning sauce)<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u00a0Instructions:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Cook the Pasta<\/strong><br \/>\nBring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cook the Chicken<\/strong><br \/>\nIn a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat.<br \/>\nSeason chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.<br \/>\nAdd chicken to the skillet and cook for 5\u20137 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Make the Garlic Sauce<\/strong><br \/>\nIn the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.<br \/>\nAdd minced garlic and saut\u00e9 for about 30 seconds until fragrant (don\u2019t burn it).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Add Cream &amp; Cheese<\/strong><br \/>\nPour in the heavy cream and stir well.<br \/>\nLower heat to medium-low and slowly add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.<br \/>\nIf the sauce is too thick, add chicken broth little by little.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Combine Everything<\/strong><br \/>\nReturn the cooked chicken to the skillet.<br \/>\nAdd the cooked rigatoni and toss everything until well coated in the sauce.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Finish &amp; Serve<\/strong><br \/>\nTaste and adjust seasoning if needed.<br \/>\nGarnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
