Do not overcrowd the pan.<\/li>\n<li>Cook for about 2\u20133 minutes on each side, or until the cheese develops a golden, crispy crust.<\/li>\n<li>Flip gently and cook the other side until equally golden.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from the pan and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
