Season both sides with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sear<\/strong><br \/>\nHeat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.<br \/>\nSear chicken 3\u20134 minutes per side until lightly golden (not fully cooked). Remove and set aside.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Make the Sauce<\/strong><br \/>\nLower heat.
