 Cheese & Bacon Balls

Ingredients:

  • 200 g cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

For coating:

  • Extra breadcrumbs

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and crumbled bacon until well combined.
  2. Add the egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  4. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
  5. Place them in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls until golden brown and crispy.
    (Or bake at 180°C / 350°F until golden, about 15–20 minutes.)

Serving: Serve warm with ranch dressing, cheese sauce, or your favorite dip
