Creamy Kid-Friendly Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta (any shape)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir well and let it simmer for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked chicken and mix היט.
  6. Toss in the cooked pasta and stir until everything is well coated.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning if using.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Tips

  • You can add vegetables like broccoli or peas for extra nutrition.
  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • If the sauce gets too thick, add a splash of milk or broth.
