Creamy Chicken Pasta Recipe

 Ingredients:

  • 250g pasta (fettuccine or any type)
  • 2 chicken breasts (cooked & shredded)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

 Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta
    Boil water with salt, cook pasta until tender, then drain.
  2. Cook the chicken
    In a pan, heat olive oil, cook chicken with salt & pepper until done, then shred it.
  3. Prepare the sauce
    In the same pan:

    • Melt butter
    • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute
    • Pour in the cream and let it simmer
  4. Add cheese
    Add Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce becomes creamy.
  5. Combine everything
    Add pasta + shredded chicken into the sauce and mix well.
  6. Final touch
    Add black pepper and a little butter on top (like in the picture

 Tips:

  • You can add mushrooms for extra flavor
  • If sauce is thick, add a little pasta water
  • Best served hot!
