 Creamy Crockpot Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts (raw)
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta (rigatoni or penne)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place the raw chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add uncooked pasta on top.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream, soup, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the creamy mixture over everything.
  6. Cover and cook:
    • On LOW for 4–5 hours
    • Or HIGH for 2–3 hours
  7. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks.
  8. Add shredded cheese and mix well until creamy.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Tips:

  • You can add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
  • If the sauce is too thick, add a little milk.
  • For more cheesy taste, add parmesan on top
