Creamy Crockpot Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts (raw)
- 2 cups uncooked pasta (rigatoni or penne)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- Place the raw chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add uncooked pasta on top.
- Pour in the chicken broth.
- In a bowl, mix cream, soup, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the creamy mixture over everything.
- Cover and cook:
- On LOW for 4–5 hours
- Or HIGH for 2–3 hours
- Once the chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks.
- Add shredded cheese and mix well until creamy.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Tips:
- You can add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
- If the sauce is too thick, add a little milk.
- For more cheesy taste, add parmesan on top
