 Oven Baked Potatoes with Sausage

Ingredients:

  • 4–5 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2–3 sausages, sliced into rounds
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or mixed herbs)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Prepare potatoes
    Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into bite-sized chunks.
  3. Mix everything
    In a large bowl, combine:

    • Potatoes
    • Sliced sausage
    • Olive oil
    • Garlic
    • Salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs
      Mix well until everything is coated.
  4. Transfer to baking dish
    Place the mixture in a baking tray (like in the picture). Spread evenly.
  5. Bake
    Bake for 35–45 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until potatoes are golden and tender.
  6. Add cheese (optional)
    Sprinkle cheese on top in the last 5–10 minutes and let it melt.
  7. Serve hot 🍽️
    Enjoy as a main dish or side!

Tips:

  • Use smoked sausage for more flavor
  • Add onions or bell peppers for extra taste
  • For crispier potatoes, don’t overcrowd the pan
