 Oven Baked 3-Ingredient Creamy Mushroom Pork Chops

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet onion soup mix

 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the baking dish
    Lightly grease a baking dish or casserole dish.
  3. Arrange the pork chops
    Place the pork chops evenly in the dish.
  4. Mix the sauce
    In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and onion soup mix. Stir until smooth.
  5. Coat the pork chops
    Spread the mixture evenly over the pork chops, making sure they are fully covered.
  6. Bake
    Cover with foil and bake for 35–45 minutes.
    Remove the foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes until the pork chops are tender and fully cooked.

Serving Ideas:

Serve hot with:

  • Mashed potatoes
  • Rice
  • Steamed vegetables
  • Or crusty bread to soak up the creamy sauce

 Tips:

  • Add sliced fresh mushrooms for extra flavor.
  • For a richer taste, mix in a splash of milk or heavy cream.
  • Season pork chops lightly with salt and pepper before adding the sauce if desired.
  • Make sure internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
