Oven Baked 3-Ingredient Creamy Mushroom Pork Chops
🛒 Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet onion soup mix
 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the baking dish
Lightly grease a baking dish or casserole dish. - Arrange the pork chops
Place the pork chops evenly in the dish. - Mix the sauce
In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and onion soup mix. Stir until smooth. - Coat the pork chops
Spread the mixture evenly over the pork chops, making sure they are fully covered. - Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 35–45 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes until the pork chops are tender and fully cooked.

Serve hot with:

- Or crusty bread to soak up the creamy sauce
 Tips:
- Add sliced fresh mushrooms for extra flavor.
- For a richer taste, mix in a splash of milk or heavy cream.

- Make sure internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
