Crispy Air Fryer Potato Slices

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Peel the potatoes if desired, then slice them thinly and evenly.
  2. Rinse the slices in cold water, then dry them very well using a clean towel.
  3. Place the potato slices in a bowl, add the olive oil and all the seasonings, and mix well until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  5. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
  6. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
  7. If needed, cook for an additional 3–5 minutes until crispy and golden.

Tips:

  • Soak the potato slices in cold water for 15–20 minutes before cooking for extra crispiness.
  • Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
  • Add grated cheese or fresh parsley on top after cooking for extra flavor.

Serving: Serve hot with ketchup, mayonnaise, or garlic sauce. Enjoy
