Creamy Slow Cooker Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese (2 blocks)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper evenly over the chicken.
- Pour the chicken broth around the chicken to help create a creamy sauce while cooking.
- Place the blocks of cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir it together with the melted cream cheese to create a rich creamy sauce.
- If desired, add shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

- Or even inside sandwiches
Tip: You can also add mushrooms, spinach, or broccoli during the last hour of cooking for extra flavor and nutrition.
