  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional but recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess grease if needed.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook for about 3 minutes until softened. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced carrots and pour in the beef broth. Stir everything together and bring the soup to a gentle boil.
  4. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions, usually about 8–10 minutes, until the pasta is tender.

  6. Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and allow the soup to simmer for another 5 minutes so the flavors can blend together.
