A Low Carb Crustless Pizza Bowl is perfect when you want all the delicious pizza flavors without the carbs from the crust. It’s cheesy, hearty, and super easy to make in under 30 minutes!

 Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (choose a low-carb sauce if possible)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • ½ cup sliced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Pepperoni slices (optional)
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

 Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the meat
    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or sausage until browned. Break it apart with a spoon while cooking. Drain excess grease if needed.
  3. Season and add sauce
    Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the pizza sauce and let it simmer for about 3–4 minutes.
  4. Add vegetables
    Mix in mushrooms, bell peppers, and olives. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Assemble the pizza bowls
    Divide the mixture into oven-safe bowls or a small baking dish. Top each portion with shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and pepperoni if using.
  6. Bake
    Place in the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
  7. Serve
    Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil or parsley, and enjoy your low-carb pizza bowl!

  • Add toppings like jalapeños, spinach, cooked bacon, or grilled chicken.
  • For extra flavor, drizzle a little olive oil or chili flakes on top.
