Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter

- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ cup beef broth (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the potatoes
Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften and turn golden. - Add onions and garlic
Stir in the diced onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until translucent. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. - Brown the beef
Push the potatoes to one side of the pan and add the ground beef. Cook and break it apart with a spoon until browned, about 5–7 minutes. - Season and combine
Mix everything together. Add salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well so the flavors combine. - Add broth (optional)
Pour in the beef broth and let everything cook for 3–5 minutes until the potatoes are fully tender and the flavors blend together. - Finish and serve
