Slow Cooker Garlic Chicken

 Slow Cooker Garlic Chicken & Potatoes (Creamy Version)

 Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

 Instructions

  1. Place the diced potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss lightly.
  3. Lay the chicken breasts on top of the potatoes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the chicken broth, heavy cream, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan cheese on top during the last 10–15 minutes of cooking.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Serving Tip:
Serve hot with a fresh salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
