Candied Kielbasa Bites
Sweet, sticky, and savory sausage bites that are perfect for parties or quick snacks.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs kielbasa sausage
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the kielbasa into 1-inch bite-size pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Add the kielbasa pieces to the sauce and toss until well coated.
- Spread the sausage in a baking dish or on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the sauce is thick and caramelized.
- Serve warm with toothpicks.
Tips
- You can add ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes if you like a little heat.
- These also cook great in a slow cooker on LOW for about 2–3 hours.
