 4-Ingredient Savory Pot Pie

 Ingredients

  • 1 can chicken, drained
  • 1 can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tube flaky biscuits
  • ½ cup water

 Optional Seasoning

  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together:
    • canned chicken
    • mixed vegetables
    • cream of chicken soup
    • ½ cup water
  3. Season with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a medium baking dish.
  5. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and place them evenly on top of the mixture.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the biscuits are fully cooked and golden.
  7. For extra flavor, brush melted butter on top and place under the broiler for 1 minute until the biscuits turn golden brown.
