A creamy, flavorful chicken salad that’s perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or serving on crackers. Simple, fresh, and absolutely delicious!

 Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup celery, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
  • ½ cup red grapes, halved
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds or chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Place the cooked chicken in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
  3. Mix ingredients: Add celery, red onion, grapes, nuts (if using), and parsley to the chicken.
  4. Combine: Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir gently until everything is well coated.
  5. Season: Add salt and black pepper to taste.
