Philly Cheesesteak Casserole (Low-Point Version)
Ingredients:
- 500g lean ground beef (95% fat-free)
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp light soy sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ¾ cup shredded light mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices light provolone cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions, peppers, and mushrooms until softened.
- Add ground beef and garlic, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Season with salt, pepper, and light soy sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the top and place provolone slices.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until cheese melts and lightly browns.

- About 4–6 WW points per serving (depends on cheese and meat used)
- Makes roughly 4 servings
