 Cheesy Italian Meat Stromboli (Pizza Roll)

Ingredients:

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade pizza dough)
  • Sliced mozzarella cheese
  • Sliced provolone cheese (optional)
  • Deli ham slices
  • Salami slices
  • Pepperoni slices (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Pizza sauce or marinara sauce (for dipping)

 Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
  3. Layer the cheeses first (mozzarella and provolone).
  4. Add deli ham, salami, and pepperoni evenly over the cheese.
  5. Add another light layer of cheese on top for extra meltiness.
  6. Carefully roll the dough tightly into a log (like a jelly roll).
  7. Pinch the seams and tuck in the ends to seal.
  8. Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush it generously over the top.
  9. Make small diagonal slits on top of the roll.
  10. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
  11. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown.

 To Serve:

Let it cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve with warm pizza or marinara sauce for dipping.
