Lemon Ginger Water

Lemon Ginger Water is a refreshing and healthy drink made with fresh lemon and ginger. It’s perfect in the morning, after meals, or anytime you want something light and detoxifying.

 Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh lemon (sliced or juiced)
  • 1–2 inches fresh ginger (sliced or grated)
  • 4 cups (1 liter) water
  • Optional: 1–2 teaspoons honey

 Instructions:

  1. Wash the lemon and ginger well.
  2. Slice the lemon into rounds (remove seeds).
  3. Peel and slice or grate the ginger.
  4. Bring the water to a boil, then remove from heat.
  5. Add the ginger and let it steep for 10 minutes.
  6. Add the lemon slices and let it sit for another 5 minutes.
  7. Strain (if desired), add honey, and enjoy warm — or chill in the fridge and serve cold.
