 Creamy Broccoli with Bacon & Cheese

 Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated mozzarella (optional for extra stretch)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

 Instructions:

  1. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving a little bacon grease in the pan.
  2. Add butter and garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 4–5 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Add the cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
  6. Return the crispy bacon to the pan and mix well.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Perfect as a side dish with grilled chicken, steak, or even on its own as a comforting low-carb meal.
