 Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies

Easy, rich, and ready in minutes — no oven needed! Perfect when you want something sweet fast.

 Ingredients

  • 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter
  • 1⅔ cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats

Instructions

 Prepare your space
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or wax paper. Set aside.

Boil the mixture
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder.
Stir constantly until the butter melts and everything is well combined.

Bring the mixture to a rolling boil and let it boil for exactly 1 minute (this step is important so the cookies set properly).

 Add peanut butter & vanilla
Remove from heat immediately.
Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined.

 Add oats
Mix in the quick oats and stir until evenly coated.

 Shape the cookies
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets.

 Let them set
Allow cookies to cool at room temperature for about 20–30 minutes, or until firm.

Tips for Perfect No-Bake Cookies

  • Boil exactly 1 minute — too short = soft cookies, too long = dry cookies.
  • Use quick oats (not old-fashioned) for best texture.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 5 days.
