Cheesy Baked Dinner Rolls
Ingredients:
- 12 dinner rolls
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- A pinch of salt
Optional filling: cooked shredded chicken, cooked ground beef, or turkey slices
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Place the dinner rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Slice each roll on top without cutting all the way through.
- Stuff each roll with mozzarella and cheddar cheese (add meat if using).
- Mix the melted butter with garlic, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. Serve warm and enjoy!
Tip: Cover with foil for the first 10 minutes of baking to keep them soft, then uncover to let them brown nicely.
