Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin
A juicy, flavorful pork tenderloin wrapped in crispy bacon—perfect for a family dinner or special occasion.
Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
- 1 pork tenderloin (about 1–1.5 lbs)
- 8–10 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional, for slight sweetness)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional, for extra flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- Prepare the pork:
Pat the tenderloin dry with paper towels. - Season:
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Rub the mixture all over the pork.
If using, spread Dijon mustard lightly over the top. - Wrap with bacon:
Lay bacon slices side by side slightly overlapping. Place the pork tenderloin on top and carefully roll it so the bacon wraps around it.
Secure with toothpicks if needed. - Add sweetness (optional):
Sprinkle brown sugar over the bacon for a caramelized finish. - Bake:
Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). - Broil (optional):
For crispier bacon, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end—watch carefully so it doesn’t burn. - Rest:
Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
Serving Ideas

Tips
- Use thin-cut bacon so it crisps properly.

- You can sear it in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side before baking for extra flavor.
