5-Ingredient Sheet Pan Meatloaf

 5-Ingredient Sheet Pan Meatloaf

An easy, juicy, family-friendly meatloaf made with just 5 simple ingredients and baked on a sheet pan for faster cooking and crispy edges!

 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (like Stove Top Stuffing Mix)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup ketchup (plus extra for topping if desired)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Mix everything together
    In a large bowl, combine:

    • Ground beef
    • Dry stuffing mix (do NOT prepare it first)
    • Eggs
    • Milk
    • Ketchup

Mix until just combined (don’t overmix or it can get dense).

  3. Shape the loaf
Form the mixture into a loaf shape directly on the sheet pan.
Keep it about 1½–2 inches thick so it cooks evenly.
  4. Add topping (optional but recommended)
Spread a little extra ketchup on top.
  5. Bake for 40–50 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Rest before slicing
Let it sit for 5–10 minutes before cutting so the juices stay inside.

 Serving Ideas

  • Mashed potatoes
  • Roasted vegetables
  • Mac and cheese
  • Simple side salad

 Tips

Sheet pan cooking gives crispier edges than a loaf pan
You can swap ketchup for BBQ sauce
Add shredded cheese on top during the last 5 minutes for extra flavor
Leftovers make amazing sandwiches the next day
