5-Ingredient Sheet Pan Meatloaf
An easy, juicy, family-friendly meatloaf made with just 5 simple ingredients and baked on a sheet pan for faster cooking and crispy edges!
Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
- 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
- 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (like Stove Top Stuffing Mix)
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup ketchup (plus extra for topping if desired)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it. - Mix everything together
In a large bowl, combine:- Ground beef
- Dry stuffing mix (do NOT prepare it first)
- Eggs
- Milk
- Ketchup
Mix until just combined (don’t overmix or it can get dense).
- Shape the loaf
Form the mixture into a loaf shape directly on the sheet pan.
Keep it about 1½–2 inches thick so it cooks evenly. - Add topping (optional but recommended)
Spread a little extra ketchup on top. - Bake for 40–50 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Rest before slicing
Let it sit for 5–10 minutes before cutting so the juices stay inside.

Tips
Sheet pan cooking gives crispier edges than a loaf pan
You can swap ketchup for BBQ sauce
