PEAMEAL BACON BREAKFAST SLIDERS

Fluffy baked eggs, savory Canadian bacon, and melty cheddar cheese layered on soft Hawaiian rolls — all baked in one pan!
Perfect for breakfast, brunch, meal prep, or feeding a crowd in under 30 minutes.

 INGREDIENTS

Egg Mixture

  • 12 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder (optional)

Sliders

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (or slider buns)
  • 12 slices peameal bacon (Canadian bacon), cooked
  • 6–8 slices cheddar cheese (or mozzarella, Swiss, or American)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Optional Toppings

  • Green onions or chives
  • Hot sauce
  • Maple syrup drizzle
  • Dijon mustard or mayo INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 — Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 2 — Cook the Peameal Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook peameal bacon slices until lightly browned and heated through.
Set aside on a plate.

Step 3 — Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a large bowl, whisk together:

  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder

Whisk until smooth and slightly frothy.

Step 4 — Bake the Eggs

Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 12–15 minutes, or until eggs are fully set but still fluffy.

Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Cut eggs into 12 equal squares.

Step 5 — Assemble the Sliders

Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating them individually.
Place the bottom half into a baking dish.

Layer in order:

  1. Egg squares
  2. Cooked peameal bacon
  3. Cheese slices

Place the top half of the rolls on top.

Step 6 — Brush & Bake

Brush melted butter over the tops of the rolls.

Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes,
then uncover and bake 5 more minutes until cheese melts and tops turn golden.
