 INGREDIENTS

Base Layers

  • 12–15 lasagna noodles

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

 Pizza Toppings (Customize as you like)

  • Pepperoni or salami
  • Mushrooms (sliced)
  • Black or green olives
  • Bell peppers (sliced)
  • Onion slices
  • Sweet corn
  • Pineapple (optional)

 Sauce Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A small pinch of sugar (to balance acidity)

 STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

 Cook the Lasagna Noodles

  • Boil noodles in salted water with a little oil
  • Cook until soft but still firm
  • Drain and lay flat on a towel to prevent sticking

Tip: Do not overcook — noodles should hold their shape.

 Prepare the Meat Filling (Optional)

In a pan over medium heat:

  1. Heat olive oil
  2. Sauté onions until soft
