 Ingredients:

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (or any soft dinner rolls)
  • 6 slices deli turkey
  • 6 slices deli ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Egg Mixture:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Serving:

  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • Raspberry or strawberry jam (for dipping)

 Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Slice the rolls in half horizontally, keeping the bottom halves connected.
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls into a greased baking dish.
  4. Layer the ingredients evenly:
    • Swiss cheese
    • Turkey
    • Ham
    • Another layer of Swiss cheese
  5. Cover with the top half of the rolls.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  7. Pour or brush the egg mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Drizzle the melted butter over the sliders.
  9. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

 Serving Instructions:

  • Dust the tops with powdered sugar.
  • Serve warm with raspberry or strawberry jam on the side for dipping.

 Tips & Notes:

  • For extra crisp tops, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end (watch closely).
  • You can cover loosely with foil if the tops brown too fast.
  • These sliders are perfect for brunch, parties, or an easy dinner.
