Juicy Steak with Creamy Garlic Sauce 

Ingredients

For the Steak

  • 2–4 beef steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or filet)
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4–5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup beef broth (or chicken broth)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Cook the Steak

  1. Take the steaks out of the fridge 20–30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil and butter in a hot skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear steaks for 3–5 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until juicy and browned.
  5. Add thyme or rosemary during the last minute.
  6. Remove steaks from the pan and let them rest.

2. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.
  2. Add butter and garlic, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Add heavy cream and stir well.
  5. Mix in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  6. Simmer until sauce thickens (3–5 minutes).
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Combine & Serve

  • Return steaks to the pan and spoon sauce over them.
  • Simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
