Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
Juicy seasoned beef stuffed with melty cheese, wrapped in soft dough, and brushed with garlic Parmesan butter—these cheeseburger bombs are irresistible party snacks or an easy dinner win!
Ingredients
Cheeseburger Filling
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 works best)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Dough
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits), or pizza dough cut into equal pieces
Garlic Parmesan Butter
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
Drain excess grease, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. - Prepare the Dough
Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin. - Fill the Bombs
Place a spoonful of beef in the center of each dough circle.
Add a small handful of shredded cheese on top.
Carefully wrap the dough around the filling and pinch tightly to seal. - Bake
Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Bake for 14–18 minutes, or until golden brown. - Make Garlic Parmesan Butter
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. - Finish & Serve
Brush the hot cheeseburger bombs generously with garlic Parmesan butter.
Serve warm with ketchup, burger sauce, or ranch dressing.
