Pizza Monkey Bread Pepperoni

Ingredients

Dough Base

  • 900 g refrigerated canned biscuits, cut into quarters

Cheese & Meat

  • 170 g pepperoni, sliced and halved
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated

Sauce & Seasoning (recommended)

  • 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Grease a bundt pan or round baking dish well.
  2. In a large bowl, add biscuit pieces, pepperoni, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  3. Pour in pizza sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, oregano, and chili flakes.
  4. Gently toss everything until well coated.
  5. Transfer mixture into the prepared pan, pressing lightly to fill gaps.
  6. Bake for 35–45 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let rest 5–10 minutes, then invert onto a plate.
  8. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Tips

  • Add black olives, mushrooms, or bell peppers for extra pizza vibes
  • For extra cheesiness, sprinkle more mozzarella on top during the last 5 minutes.
