Pizza Monkey Bread Pepperoni
Ingredients
Dough Base
- 900 g refrigerated canned biscuits, cut into quarters
Cheese & Meat
- 170 g pepperoni, sliced and halved
- 200 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
Sauce & Seasoning (recommended)
- 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Grease a bundt pan or round baking dish well.
- In a large bowl, add biscuit pieces, pepperoni, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Pour in pizza sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, oregano, and chili flakes.
- Gently toss everything until well coated.
- Transfer mixture into the prepared pan, pressing lightly to fill gaps.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let rest 5–10 minutes, then invert onto a plate.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Tips
- Add black olives, mushrooms, or bell peppers for extra pizza vibes
- For extra cheesiness, sprinkle more mozzarella on top during the last 5 minutes.
