Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster
Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails, shelled and cleaned
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the Lobster
Pat lobster meat dry. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. - Sear the Lobster
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add lobster tails and cook 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
Remove lobster from the pan and set aside. - Make the Garlic Cream Sauce
In the same skillet, lower heat to medium.
Add minced garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
Stir and simmer 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens. - Combine
Return lobster to the skillet. Spoon sauce over the lobster and simmer 2–3 minutes until fully cooked. - Finish & Serve
Add lemon juice, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
