Cream Cheese Pinwheel Sandwiches
Ingredients (US Measurements)
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 6 oz deli ham or turkey, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/4 cup canned corn, drained
- 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder or paprika (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Stir in green onions, bell pepper, corn, and shredded cheese.
- Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the tortilla.
- Arrange deli ham (or turkey) evenly on top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Remove from the fridge and slice into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.
- Serve chilled, plain or with dipping sauce (ranch or marinara).
