Cheeseburger Wraps Recipe
Juicy beef, melted cheese, and classic burger flavors wrapped in a soft tortilla—no bun needed!
Ingredients (US measurements)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or American cheese)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- ½ cup diced pickles (optional but classic)
- ½ cup diced onions (optional)
- 1 tablespoon oil or butter (for cooking)
Optional toppings inside the wrap:
- Lettuce, shredded
- Diced tomatoes
- Burger sauce or mayo
Instructions
- Cook the beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the oil or butter.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart. - Season
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Stir in ketchup and mustard. Mix well and cook 1–2 more minutes. - Add cheese
Turn off the heat and mix in the shredded cheese until melted and gooey. - Assemble the wraps
Warm tortillas slightly so they’re flexible.
Spoon the beef mixture into the center of each tortilla.
Add pickles, onions, lettuce, or tomatoes if using. - Wrap & toast (optional but recommended)
Fold like a burrito.
Toast wraps in a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
Serving Tips
- Serve with fries, potato wedges, or coleslaw
- Great with extra ketchup, burger sauce, or ranch on the side
- Can be air-fried at 375°F (190°C) for 5–6 minutes for extra crispiness
