 Mini Beef Cheeseburgers

Juicy, cheesy, and bite-sized — perfect for parties, kids, or snack cravings!

 Ingredients (Makes about 10–12 mini burgers)

For the patties

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder (optional)

For assembly

  • 10–12 mini burger buns (slider buns)
  • 5–6 slices cheddar cheese (cut in half)
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Pickles (optional)
  • Ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce

Optional butter topping

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

 Instructions

  1. Prepare the beef
    • In a bowl, gently mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
    • Do not overmix (keeps burgers tender).
  2. Form patties
    • Divide beef into small balls (about 2–2½ tablespoons each).
    • Flatten slightly to fit mini buns.
  3. Cook the patties
    • Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
    • Cook patties 2–3 minutes per side until nicely browned.
    • Add cheese on top during the last minute and cover to melt.
  4. Toast buns (optional but recommended)
    • Lightly toast buns in a pan or oven for extra flavor.
  5. Assemble burgers
    • Bottom bun → sauce → beef patty with cheese → lettuce → tomato/pickles → top bun.
  6. Optional oven finish (party-style)
    • Place assembled burgers on a baking tray.
    • Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds.
    • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 5–7 minutes until warm.
