Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Pie
Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
- ½ cup chocolate chips (melted) or chocolate syrup

Instructions
- Prepare the filling:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter and mix until creamy and well combined. - Sweeten it:
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and fluffy. - Whip the cream:
In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. - Combine:
Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until light and creamy. - Add chocolate:
Drizzle melted chocolate into the filling and gently swirl, or mix lightly if you prefer a chocolate-peanut butter flavor throughout. - Assemble:
Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top. - Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until set. - Serve:
Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, or chopped peanuts before serving.
Tip: For a richer taste, use a chocolate cookie crust instead of graham cracker.
