 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bites

Ingredients

For the Brownie Layer

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder

For the Cookie Dough Layer (Egg-Free)

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1¼ cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

 Prepare the Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Grease or line a mini muffin pan with paper liners.
  3. In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  5. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined.
  6. Spoon brownie batter into the muffin cups, filling about ¾ full.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until set but still fudgy.
  8. Let cool completely.

 Make the Cookie Dough

  1. Beat softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  2. Add milk and vanilla, mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips.

 Assemble

  1. Scoop or roll small balls of cookie dough.
  2. Gently press one on top of each cooled brownie bite.
  3. Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving for best texture.

Tip:

You can drizzle melted chocolate on top or sprinkle sea salt for extra flavor
