Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bites
Ingredients
For the Brownie Layer
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
For the Cookie Dough Layer (Egg-Free)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1¼ cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Prepare the Brownies
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Grease or line a mini muffin pan with paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined.
- Spoon brownie batter into the muffin cups, filling about ¾ full.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until set but still fudgy.
- Let cool completely.
Make the Cookie Dough
- Beat softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add milk and vanilla, mix well.
- Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Assemble
- Scoop or roll small balls of cookie dough.
- Gently press one on top of each cooled brownie bite.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving for best texture.
Tip:
You can drizzle melted chocolate on top or sprinkle sea salt for extra flavor
