CARAMEL APPLE PIE BOMBS
INGREDIENTS
DOUGH
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
FILLING
- 1 cup apple pie filling, finely chopped
- 8 soft caramel candies, unwrapped
OPTIONAL (FOR FINISHING)
- Melted butter
- Cinnamon sugar
- Caramel sauce for drizzling
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Finely chop the apple pie filling so it cooks evenly and does not tear the dough.
DIRECTIONS
1. PREPARE THE DOUGH
Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a round circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
2. FILL
Place 1 tablespoon of chopped apple pie filling in the center of each biscuit.
Add one caramel candy on top of the apples.
3. SEAL
Carefully wrap the dough around the filling.
Pinch the edges tightly and roll into a smooth ball, ensuring it is completely sealed to prevent leaking.
4. BAKE
Place the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
5. FINISH AND SERVE
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
Brush with melted butter if desired.
Roll in cinnamon sugar or drizzle with caramel sauce.
Serve warm for best results.
