Cucumber Ranch Crack Salad
A cool and creamy salad bursting with crispy bacon, sharp cheddar, and fresh cucumbers—quick to toss together and always a hit at picnics or potlucks!
Ingredients
- 2–3 cups sliced cucumbers
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1–2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or parsley
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the sliced cucumbers.
- Pour in the ranch dressing and toss gently to coat.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Sprinkle with fresh dill or parsley and black pepper.
- Mix lightly, chill for 10–15 minutes, and serve cold.
