Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil (for toasting)
Instructions:
- Prepare the filling:
In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella/cheddar, cream cheese, minced garlic, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until creamy and fully combined. - Assemble the wraps:
Lay a tortilla flat and add a generous amount of the chicken mixture in the center. Sprinkle with parsley if desired, then roll tightly into a wrap. - Toast the wraps:
Heat a pan over medium heat and add butter or olive oil.
Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted. - Serve:
Slice in half and serve warm. Perfect with fries, salad, or dipping sauce.
