Easy Peanut Butter Pie

 Ingredients

For the crust

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

For the filling

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Make the crust

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
  • Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a pie dish.
  • Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes.

 Prepare the filling

  • In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • In another bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream and vanilla into the peanut butter mixture.

 Assemble

  • Spoon the filling into the chilled crust.
  • Smooth the top with a spatula.

 Chill & serve

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is even better).
  • Slice and enjoy

  • Chocolate drizzle
  • Crushed peanuts
  • Whipped cream on top
