Easy Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
For the crust
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
For the filling
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Make the crust
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
- Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a pie dish.
- Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes.
Prepare the filling
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream and vanilla into the peanut butter mixture.
Assemble
- Spoon the filling into the chilled crust.
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
Chill & serve
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is even better).
- Slice and enjoy
