What You Need

- Baking sheet
- Aluminum foil or parchment paper

How to Make It
Prep the Oven
- Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F
Line the Pan
- Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment
- (Optional) Place a wire rack on top for crispier bacon
Arrange the Bacon
- Lay bacon slices in a single layer
- They can touch, but don’t overlap
Bake
- Regular bacon: 15–20 minutes
- Thick-cut bacon: 20–25 minutes
