RITZ CRACKER PARTY SANDWICHES
Tiny, buttery, cheesy bites that disappear in minutes! These Ritz Cracker Party Sandwiches are the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer—easy to make, oven-baked, and dangerously delicious
Ingredients
- 48 Ritz crackers
- 6–8 slices deli ham (cut into small squares)
- 6–8 slices Swiss cheese (or cheddar, cut to fit crackers)
Butter Topping
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
- ½ tsp dried onion flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Place 24 Ritz crackers flat side up on the tray.
- Top each cracker with ham and cheese.
- Cover with the remaining crackers to form mini sandwiches.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and optional seeds/onion.
- Spoon or brush the butter mixture generously over the sandwiches.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
- Serve warm and watch them vanish
